Who here is into fitness? I'm currently on a weight training programme I have setup, 5 days a week, arms legs, shoulders, chest and abs.
I'm doing it for muscle gain and have seen a big improvement, curling around 25kg-30kg on concentration curls. Need to work more on my form though, don't have a trainer so i just learn as i go along and experiment.
